MRG Foundation is looking for an experienced, creative, and collaborative Communications Manager to join our team! About the Position

The Communications Manager will work collaboratively with MRG’s development and grantmaking teams to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive communications strategies, materials, and messages. Some markers of success include meeting fundraising and programmatic goals, expanding MRG’s base of donors (particularly in communities of color), and inspiring our audiences to make an investment in MRG.

This is a full-time (35 hours a week) position with some seasonal fluctuation of hours. Hourly/Non-Exempt. Requires occasional weekends, evenings, and some in-state travel. Reports to the Deputy Director.

Salary & Benefits

$22-$26 per hour, depending on experience. 35 hour work week with generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Excellent medical and dental coverage.
