The Newcomer Scholarship is intended to help Portland-area immigrants earn their degrees. Studies show that immigrants who earn degrees are better able to provide for themselves and their families and to contribute to society. The Newcomer Fund is a donor-advised fund managed by MRG Foundation and advised by Mike Francis.
